Hi, I'm the person behind CostMDUSA.

I'm 43 years old and have lived in New York since 1995 — that's over 30 years of navigating this city, including its healthcare system.

For the past four to five years, I've been working at a radiology center in Bayside, Queens. My job keeps me close to the medical imaging process — the scheduling, the paperwork, the billing, and the patients who often leave more confused than when they walked in.

I'm not a doctor. I'm not a lawyer.

But after 30 years in New York and several years working inside a medical facility, I've developed a pretty clear picture of how American healthcare billing actually works — and how most patients are left completely in the dark.
